Minimum workflow#
- Review the full report (not just the impression)
- Identify any “must follow” recommendations (size thresholds, interval imaging)
- Check prior imaging for stability when possible
- Create an actionable plan (repeat study, referral, reassurance)

- Guideline/report-based follow-up interval and modality
- Patient communication and tracking plan (orders placed, reminders)
